Article 1 (Application)

These terms define the conditions of use for Terra Log (hereinafter referred to as "this site"). These terms apply to all users of this site.

Article 2 (Registration)

Users shall agree to these terms and register through the designated method.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal acts
• Activities that interfere with the operation of this site
• Activities that collect personal information of other users
• Attempted unauthorized access
• Defaming other users or third parties, or damaging their reputation or credibility
• Infringing the copyright or other rights of third parties (including unauthorized reproduction of in-game text)
• Using the posting features for advertising, solicitation, or any purpose other than intended
• Other activities deemed inappropriate by this site

Article 4 (Service Suspension)

This site may suspend all or part of its services in the following cases:

• When performing system maintenance
• When provision is difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters or power outages
• When this site determines that service suspension is necessary

Article 5 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)

This site may restrict usage or delete user accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• When these terms are violated
• When registration information is found to be false
• When this site determines that usage is inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

This site assumes no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between users or between users and third parties.

Article 7 (Service Changes)

This site may change service content without prior notice to users.

Article 8 (Terms Changes)

This site may change these terms as necessary. Changed terms shall take effect upon posting on this site.

Article 9 (User Content)

1. Users post content through features such as reviews (including ratings, review text, and display names; hereinafter "User Content") at their own responsibility and bear full responsibility for its contents.
2. User Content is published on this site to other users and to visitors without an account. Users post such content with the understanding that it will be made public.
3. Users grant this site the right to use User Content free of charge (including reproduction, publication, and adaptation) to the extent necessary for the operation, advertising, and promotion of this site.
4. This site may delete or hide User Content without prior notice if it determines that the content violates these terms or when otherwise deemed necessary.
5. Users may delete content they have posted at any time.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these terms.

Article 11 (Supporter)

1. The Site offers a paid plan (the "Supporter" plan) to users residing in Japan, under which advertisements on the Site are hidden in exchange for a monthly fee.
2. The fees, payment methods, payment timing, delivery timing, cancellation and refund conditions for the Supporter plan are as set out in the Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
3. The only benefit of the Supporter plan is the hiding of advertisements. Several plans at different prices are offered, but the benefit is identical across all of them. The features of the Site remain free for every user, whether or not they are a Supporter.
4. The Supporter plan renews automatically on a monthly basis. If a user cancels, the plan ends when the period already paid for expires. No pro-rated refund is issued for cancellation partway through a period.
5. If the Site discontinues the Supporter plan for its own reasons, the Site will refund the amount corresponding to the unused portion of the period.
6. Payments are processed through the payment services provided by Stripe, Inc. The Site does not obtain or retain users’ credit card information.
